About “Jagged Little Thrill”

Jagged Little Thrill is Jagged Edge’s third album and the follow up to January 2000’s J.E. Heartbreak. Following the success of their previous album, Jagged Little Thrill debuted and peaked at #3 on the Billboard 200 chart, shifting 215,000 units in the States in its first week. The album is the group’s highest-peaking album, alongside October 2003’s Hard. The album is also certified Platinum by the RIAA.

Jagged Little Thrill spawned three singles. Its lead single “Where the Party At” peaked at #3 on the Hot 100 chart and became the group’s third #1 single on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Singles chart (after “Promise” and “Let’s Get Married”). The single also earned the group their only Grammy nomination. “Goodbye” and “I Got It 2” were released as the final two singles, peaking at #15 and #33 respectively on the Mainstream R&B/Hip-Hop chart.
