iiiDrops is Joey Purp’s sophomore solo follow up mixtape to his 2012, The Purple Tape. It released on May 26, 2016 as a free mixtape and is spearheaded by it’s three singles, “Photobooth,” “Cornerstore,” and “Girls @.”

The album features the likes of fellow Savemoney rappers Chance the Rapper and Vic Mensa. It also features other Chicago based rappers theMIND, Mick Jenkins, Teddy Jackson, and Saba.

iiiDrops released to critical acclaim, notably from Pitchfork who gave the mixtape an 8.2/10 and the honor of “Best New Album.”
