Instant Vintage

Released on June 11, 2002, Instant Vintage is Raphael Saadiq’s debut solo album. He described the style of the album as “gospeldelic.” It was critically acclaimed, receiving solid reviews from most critics and earning a Grammy nomination for Best R&B Album. The album peaked at #25 on the Billboard 200 chart and was supported by the singles “Be Here” with D'Angelo and “Still Ray.”
