Twisted Insane’s 4th solo album. A unique, scary, dangerous and dark journey into an insane asylum. Twisted takes am adventure into an old insane asylum where he meets “Twisted Insane” who was a supposed myth. A lot of metaphors are used within this album. Also possibly metaphorical for a journey into Twisted’s mind.
