This song is in the key of A♭ major, there is piano accompaniment in the buildup of the first verse and a synth-fuelled “drop” with heavy use of parallel thirds. The second verse has an electric guitar reminiscent of the bridge to “Beauty And A Beat”, which Zedd also had a hand in producing.
