This is a reference to my 100% for-charity GLOBAL Hip Hop project, World View (http://AWKWORDrap.com), dropping soon via The DJ Booth (http://DJBooth.net). This album features EVERY CONTINENT and EIGHTEEN (18) COUNTRIES. All proceeds go to 501c3 charity Guns 4 Cameras, which works to eradicate street violence through the Hip Hop-inspired education and empowerment of the youth in our communities.

As I have worked toward the release of the album, I have dropped a number of singles, to significant critical acclaim and, more importantly, fan appreciation. The movement has been steadily growing, and as we gear up for the album release the movement is stronger than ever.

Police try to keep us apart. That’s why they break up groups on the streets and tear gas activists at protests. When we break free of the shackles and join to create art or change, it feels magical.

In my personal life, I’m a pessimist… But that don’t stop me!

I think Slug’s saying he fucked the whole game up with his style and the beats he spit over. No more novelty raps. He altered the underground/indie sub-genre and ran with that, and his label Rhymesayers still got one a the largest and most diehard followings.
