Bryce Harper, left-fielder for the Washington Nationals, sports a cap with a W for his team. Similarly, Wale wears his Nationals hat in support of his hometown, Washington D.C.
Also, Wale has his mind on winning (thus the W). He also happens to be black, while Bryce Harper is white.
Harper is also one of the best-attired players in baseball.
“W’s on my mind, peep what I’m getting Nat (at) – This is a reference to the Washington Nationals or Nats for short. Their logo is a W and he mentions Bryce Harper their star player in the next line. Since he talked about his shoes in the previous line he could also be saying that he has on a nats fitted on

W’s also referring to George W. Bush, as in the previous lines mention Reagan (Raygun, the shoes) and a toast from Reagan to the ‘W’s’ since the two families (Bush and Reagan) have been known to be in bed with each other politically and have had a well known friendship throughout their respective tenures. Peep what he’s gettin at? Damn WALE!
