Total play on words and the senses.
Visine is commonly used to alleavate irration in the eyes, “loud raw by The Unseen” basically meaning sound through the eyes. The lyrics literally mean his music sooth your ears and make the irration go away. This lyric works on a whole other level just because it’s makes you aware of all of your senses even though you’re just listening to what Quasi’s saying. Very clever stuff here.
I must say The Unseen is a very apt album title.
