Probably most recognized from the song Mercy from the G.O.O.D. Music’s album Cruel Summer. The term swerve is often used to imply dodging someone, or telling someone to keep it moving or get out of your face.

A classic case of a female’s perspective being distorted by what the media portrays as “pretty”. Every girl wants to feel pretty but sadly many have an incorrect perception of what pretty is. So they starve themselves and purge in an effort to meet this false sense of beauty.

These unrealistic images are portrayed in women’s magazines all over the country. The message being sent to women is that they are not pretty or skinny enough. The average American woman is 5’4” and weighs 140 pounds, while the average American model is 5’11” and weighs 117 pounds.

This line or lines seem to depict a hallucination of some sort. She falling through a cloud or fog-like smoke, then lands in a crowd of people.

The sensation of falling can be caused by many things, and the crowd could represent the success she desires.

This line illustrates the level of unity LuzID desires with this person. They are like two parts of a poem, “the poetic peice to string together”. This part iterates just how perfect they are for each other.

We can be and breathe together, We can sleep beneath the peace and pressure.

Sleeping beneath the peace and pressure almost seems like a way of saying they can escape the rest of the world and the pressures it brings. Lost in their own love for each other.

#Cry the pain away…

This line is a pretty poetic way of saying she cried the pain or the troubles away. It sort of implies that she’s been through it so much and cried so many tears that she doesn’t have any tears left to shed over the issue anymore…

The tears represent the issues and problems at hand, and she has left them in the fibers of the tissue.

#Two become one…

In a relationship, when you’re in love and you care for that person so much that you would sacrifice yourself for them….it’s almost as if you become one. You love that person just as much as you love yourself.

People say that you mainly care about yourself more than anything throughout your life, until you meet that person that is your other half. Then and only then, do you truly care for 2.

#Forbidden Fruit

The forbidden fruit complex is the concept that people are often attracted to the things they can’t have. As a metaphor, the phrase typically refers to any indulgence or pleasure that is considered illegal or immoral.

LuzID is possibly talking about a relationship she was involved in, that maybe she felt was something that was forbidden by people close to her, or that others wouldn’t be accepting of.

This line seems to equate taking pills, or an excessive amount of pills when in a tough or depressing situation, to being mad or crazy.

One thing is for sure though, Taking prescription or nonprescription pills in any amount exceeding normal statutes is in incredibly dangerous, as over 100,00 americans die every year from prescription drugs alone!

#Pour some out for the homies

the act of pouring liquid (usually an alcoholic beverage) on the ground as a sign of reverence for friends or relatives that have passed away. in most cases, a 40 ounce bottle of liquor is used.

This gif was also used months ago by Alpha-Q-Up in the fall of 2013, in memory of TedMosby in this thread, when he posted some “unsavory?” images, as he was soon de-editored. :-(
