This line actually contains two possible references. The first one being a reference to the line from The Beatles' classic track Let It Be:

When I find myself in times of trouble, Mother Mary comes to me
Speaking words of wisdom: let it be

The other reference could possibly be referring to Luke 1:38, since the verse seems to have religious references in it. As the quote says: “And Mary said, "Behold, I am the servant of the Lord; let it be to me according to your word.”
