Yosemite Sam is a character on the animated television series Looney Tunes. Yosemite Sam was often seen with his two pistols.

Much like Yosemite Sam, Wayne has two pistols of his own. These pistols are used to protect him from any danger he may encounter, and he has two because two is always better than one, right?

In this context, “hot water” refers to pressure. So Wayne performing better in hot water means that when things get rough and he needs to achieve a specific goal, he does.

When something is “sick” that means that it is exceptional.

Wayne saying

I’m physically fine

Could mean 2 things:

1. He doesn’t have any health issues.

2. He thinks he is appealing/attractive (“fine” can often mean attractive)

Wayne the goes on to say

but my flow’s sick

This means that his flow (ability to ride the beat) is amazing, but Wayne makes it seem like sick means actually ill. This line makes it seem like he is contradicting himself, but it’s just common Wayne wordplay.

A bit of a play on Lloyd Banks‘ last name, Styles P and Lloyd have got their eyes set on money.

Lloyd Banks is referring to smoking an ounce of marijuana (an ounce is equal to 28 grams) since he just got back from his drug dealers and obviously has a lot of weed to smoke.

Smoking an ounce in one sitting would be quite the challenge, but then again Snoop Lion has said he smokes 81 blunts a day, and a blunt can have over a gram of marijuana in it, so that is more than 81 grams a day. So I guess Lloyd could smoke one ounce…

This line shows that Lloyd was meant to rap because he says he’s “the best thing God made after he made beats”. Although I’m sure beats weren’t the biggest priority of things for God to create, Lloyd following right behind the creation of beats must mean something!

Plus, beats are pretty great, so this line also shows that Lloyd believes he is a great addition to the rap game considering he was made right after a great creation, so he must be great himself.

Referring back to the previous lines about 101 dogs forming; which would be his crew.

In gymnastics, gymnasts sometimes rely on other gymnasts to catch them to properly execute a move.

In rap (or just slang in general), to “catch a body” means to murder someone.

So even though in gymnastics assistance (such as having someone catch you) is often needed to perfect your moves, Lloyd (and is crew) won’t have to practice gymnastics due to the context he is using the term “catch a body” in, because he means he will commit a murder.

Lloyd Banks is referring to how even though men are all grown up, but yet they still lie (Drake refers to these men as Grown man liars).

The tear drop tattoo can represent multiple things, such as:

• The one with the tattoo has committed a murder, or have one tear drop tattoo to represent one murder (they would have multiple tear drop tattoos if they have killed multiple people)

• Amount of years spent in prison

• Loss of a loved one

But here Lloyd is specifically referring to people/rappers getting tear drop tattoos to represent a murder they supposedly have committed.

Lloyd thinks that since these grown men have been lying all their lives, well then if they have a tear drop tattoo to show that they have killed someone, they probably haven’t (since they always lie).

Fleas are wingless insects usually ranging from 1.5 to 3.3 mm long, so they are very small.

And dogs are much bigger. Especially the dog Wayne has associated himself with-a Great Dane. The current biggest Great Dane is 112 cm.

Since the Great Dane (or just any dog in general) has a very big size advantage over a flea, well then a flea would not affect a dog at all-no matter what part of their body they are on.

The “fleas” in this line represent other rappers, and Wayne saying he is a dog and that fleas (other rappers) are on his dick shows his superiority. This shows his superiority in 2 ways:

1. Shows how other rappers are trying to be like Wayne (being on someone’s dick means to try and be like them)

2. Since fleas are nothing compared to any part of a dog (that’s right, not even their penis), well then a flea being on a dog would mean the dog doesn’t even notice them. Meaning other rappers don’t get any attention from Wayne-they can’t even be compared to Wayne.

This line clearly shows Wayne’s confidence when it comes to the rap game, just as he has in other songs.

Well, this is the same thing. If someone’s mind is in another place then they aren’t thinking about situations that they are around, but Wayne’s is in another continent, so he isn’t concerned with anything around him.
