Drug dealers do things you can’t imagine or understand, especially if they are psychopaths.
B-Real is drawing the comparison using “Kill” a man meaning destroy him in the rap game. Likely he did a few things or witnessed a few things we or he couldn’t understand as a drug dealer. Now he is just killing them lyrically. The entire song speaks of some lunatic – but he’s not lunatic, just crazy with the flow
