Upon the insistence of his pastor-friend, Twain recites the poem several times to his friend until he is able to recite it perfectly as well. The instant Twain hears the jingle from a voice other than his the burden the jingle put upon his mind and body was lifted. Twain reveled in his new found vocal freedom by singing for their entire journey back.

However, upon learning the jingle, the pastor entered a state of mental incapacity due to the jingle just as Twain did. He is now unable to utter anything but the six lines of the infectious rhyme, just as TwaIn was.

It seems they’ve created a meme.

The cover was designed by artist Dan Ezra Lang, whom has designed multiple covers for Aesop and similar Hip-Hop acts such as El-P and Cannibal Ox.

The cover depicts a horde of people, all with different appearances and expressions, moving about. The cover is a direct representation of the album’s central concept of the day to day struggle of people considered “wage slaves.” Many of the songs on the album are topical and based off day to day life such as No Regrets or the working man’s song 9-5'ers Anthem.

The album art also depicts four different angles of a catapult in the top right corner, this may be meant by Aesop to display the different turns life may take or throw at you, or it may be a reference to this line in his song on the album The Yes and the Y'all:

I catapult brain opera past basic

Those who use people can tend to find those to use who have the most to lose, this suggests many people have tried to use Natti due to his status as a rapper. These people deserve a fate that meets the ruthlessness of using someone for your own gains. A similar stance is taken by Natti’s QN5 label-mate Tonedeff on his song Loyal.

The world we live in today is a world that is skewed, every where we look we’re given facts and information that were decided by those with more power than us. These lies are transferred to us by those on television, radio, and the like who should be presenting the world honestly, instead of this watered down view we get.

A similar statement is made by Lupe Fiasco in his song Words I Never Said:

If you turn on TV, all you see’s a bunch of “what the fucks”
Dude is dating so and so, blabbering ‘bout such and such
And that ain’t Jersey Shore, homey, that’s the news
And these the same people supposedly telling us the truth

The unnamed pastor stops Twain’s ramblings of the jingle to let him know that he has repeated the jingle for the entire NINE MILES of their journey. Throughout the journey each of the pastor’s words fell upon Twain’s deaf ears that were unable to hear anything but the jingle that plagues him so.

This caused great curiosity and worry from Mark’s pastor friend, to such an extent that he now possesses the desire to learn the jingle that has possessed his friend.

The jingle has remained in Twain’s hea for three straight days now, and he is all but lost in the misery the jingle has set upon his mind.

Twain goes on to have a meeting with his friend, the unnamed reverend, who notices Twain’s distressed state. When he inquires on what while they are walking Mark was only able to utter the jingle to him. When the reverend doesn’t understand the jingle and the affect it’s had on Twain he resorts back to repeating the jingle over and over, as he has for the past few days.
