There will be debates on this, and have been, but, I honestly think he is saying “La lengua’s what I brought ma, to allow what, but I gotta do.”
‘La lengua’ means ‘the tongue’ or ‘se lengua’, which means ‘the language’ can both be inferred to mean that he brought his skill to do what he has to do.

im just going to type what i hear, i believe he is saying that prayer thing but like slang for it or maybe how he said it as a kid or something. but this is just what i hear, * Right before i shot you [Wa alayqua salam baraknakt tua llahi wa] but i got to*.

i listened to it slowed down and just wrote down how what he says sounds. it is close to the arabic/muslim language but what i wrote is just literal jibberish.
thats my take on it . he used that prayer thing but its mixed up a little bit.

The lyric is definitely Arabic. He uses that same phrase in an unreleased song “This Ain’t Yo Genre,” which you can find on Datpiff on the fanmade compilation Vintage Tech Volume II, where he immediately follows the line saying, “That’s Arabic…”

Hes saying something Arabic. Ends with wabarakatuh. He says the same thing in other songs, particularly at the end of the 2nd verse of “Hold On Me (2016)”

This entire interlude is a reference to the 1979 movie “The Warriors.” In that movie, one gang called the Warriors is running from a bunch of other NYC area gangs because the Warriors were framed for killing some gang leader. To send a message to the Warriors, the other gangs play “Nowhere to Run” on the radio.

This is actually a combination reference to two movies: you got The Warriors, I’d say… but the use of a radio DJ speaking directly to the fugitive that the cops are chasing is from the classic 1971 B-movie, Vanishing Point, in which the blind radio DJ, played by Cleavon Little, speaks directly to our anti-hero, Kawolski (Barry Newman), the driver of a 1970 Dodge Challenger, who’s been terrorizing local and state police. The DJ speaks in code to the driver to give him hints about when and where the cops are going to be setting up road blocks and traps… just as the DJ in “100 Miles and Runnin'”, seems to be rooting for the fugitives. “Good luck, brothers!”
