Hold up. Okay, so my boy comes to the studio and tells me this crazy story so I had to write about it. But, check it out, um... I'm gonna leave these verses open for all the other artists out there that ever wanted a feature from me. So, uh, it's pretty much your time to rock out. Miguel – Broads

This suggests because these kids are rich they are assumed to have “a good life” and nothing to complain about when in fact they go through their own pain, too. It also suggests that these “super rich” parents can just pamper or buy their children’s happiness, assuming they have no problems to worry about with everything in reach through their parents wallets.
it’s “don’t believe the street-est life we can’t erupt” saying that don’t think just because earl and his friends are hanging out with these super rich kids, don’t think they can’t erupt in violence too if necessary

don’t believe us, treat us like we can’t erupt alludes to both their parents and society, like if the parents keep ignoring their emotional needs because they think giving them money is enough then they got anything come because as any time just like a volcano they can erupt, and do things the parents didn’t think they could do, with worst of the wost case scenario being homicides and then suicides afterwards, and then if society keep ignoring the fact that just because they have money , they don’t have problems too, then society shouldn’t be surprised when they start acting out either, again with the worst of the worst case being homicide and then suicide.

The line say treat us like we can erupt, no can’t. This implies that the rich kids are too pampered and are constantly pleased. They are treated as if they may erupt and throw a tantrum.

perspective of a rich kid, they have feelings too. saying that parents believe that their kids can withstand everything
This line seems to suggest that by thinking – as the rich parent – you can try to buy things to make your rich kids happy and force pills down their super rich kid throat to fix emotional holes created by emotional neglegence (as mentioned in the previous lines) you are helping. However you’re ignoring a volcano waiting to erupt. That eruption seems to illuminate it self in the form of broken aqueducts possibly. He could be continuing the metaphor of a water system representing tears.
