I feel this “exhausted sigh” states a couple things:

• He’s sighing at the fact that most people are content with this previously stated mediocrity, implying he’s not a fan of it

• Larsen’s sigh is exhausted because he is one of the few who does NOT settle for mediocrity. He works hard, to the point where fatigue is frequently present, hence the exhaustion.

We want to make a difference (“screams”), whether it be in our personal lives or in a much larger sense, and for a brief moment we try, but we almost always settle for mediocrity (cryin').

We all want to live as long as we possibly can. Nobody looks forward to such a mysterious and unknown concept.

Perhaps what he is trying to say here is that we all need to cam down, take a breather, and figure things out (with regards to life/one’s future etc.)

Another way to look at it: We all need time to ourselves to take time and solve the problems that make your life deviate from what you want it to be.

ALSO, I thought he said “Size” rather than “Silence”. But my explanation is based on what he would be trying to say if the correct word was the latter.

You’re breath stinks. A lot.

“The exit” could refer to pussy, as it is the exit with regards to child birth. So Mr. Brown is essentially just summing up I Will in one line.

Drugs can help the situation you may be in, but it won’t necessarily make you happy. The reason you continue the use is because you’re addicted.

Some use drugs to help them with things like stress, work, exercise etc., and after we get the help from the drug, we land or crash, which causes fatigue leading to our being so content to sleep

Sometimes no matter how hard we try, we can never keep it from being a problem eventually. Drugs have a tendency to assist problems to come to fruition.
