The obvious interpretation would be that Towkio is alluding to the first song on the tape, “Wav. Theory”. On this track he explains that we transitively have the mind power to control waves and the world around us.
Another interpretation is Towkio could be saying that even while he has been working on his music, the world still evolves.

Towkio is saying that it has become so commonplace for young teenagers to die from gang violence that they are lucky to make it to their 20’s.

Danica Patrick was the first female Indy Car and Nascar driver. In the context of this verse, Mick is addressing the fact that Nascar and IndyCar drivers are all male and is suggesting that the “industry” purposely only lets men in as drivers.
