Will you still care?
Will you be there?
In my trials and my tribulations
Through our doubts and frustrations
In my violence, in my turbulence
Through my fear and my confessions
In my anguish and my pain
Through my joy and my sorrow
In the promise of another tomorrow
I'll never let you part
For you're always in my heart Michael Jackson & Cleveland Orchestra – Will You Be There

Don't make a move before I choose to make your guts run
All over the block, 'cause my stomach's in a knot
And it growls twenty-four hours a day around the tick-tock Redman – So Ruff

MJ makes a finals plea to the listener to be there with him and to care for him as he was there for them. He needs all the support he can with all the world judging him and attacking him. He believes that the brightest day behind the storm is coming and they both will experience it together. You can hear Michael’s voice breaking down and him tearing up.
I also think most of this was meant to his fans. Every time he sung it in a concert he would always do it with feeling like he was talking directly to his fans. We’ll always be here for u Mike. Hope you’re smiling in heaven. 😭❤️❤️

Those final spoken words make me feel all kinds of emotions, I could cry

One of the most beautiful moments in music history. Can’t help but cry.

The last line in this verse reminds me of “You Are Not Alone” where Michael sings,
“…You are not alone
I am here with you
Though we’re far apart
you’re always in my heart…”

My ex husband was an alcoholic and passed away last month…we played this at his request as it is so fitting. Hopefully he and Michael are now rocking together in a better place
