Being a thug gets proof more bitches than trying to be a pretty boy, rocking button ups.

This is a posthumous track, as Proof was gunned down by a bouncer during a shootout in a Detroit Bar,April 11, 2006.
Proof’s has friends serving time who look up to him, and he is doing it for them.
They’re the realest in a long time to rep Detroit as hard as they do.
He’s the king like Jay Z, thug like 50 was. He doesn’t like the fake shit going on in rap.
Proof rapped for the sport, and refused to sell out in an attempt to become mainstream.
He would rather spend time educating himself with useful shit than running with people who are not his real friends. (Which happen to be mostly dead)
Most rappers these days are sell outs, and piss him off.
Complex rhymes and an innovate flow get peoples bodies movin'. This gives him influence over his audience.
He punishes the game so bad, it’s like the second coming of Christ. Because of that, he alienates himself from lesser lyricists.
