Riverside street in New Orleans named after extinct Indian tribe. In New Orleans, it is usually pronounced:

CHOP-ah-too-lus.
CHOP-ah-too-luh.
SHOP-ah-too-liss.
CHAP-ah-too-luh.

It is likely derived from a Choctaw word and might mean “those who live at the river”.

There’s no proof of who did it, yet we’re sure he’s a Muslim terrorist.

Police may ask for your consent to search without a warrant. It’s considered voluntary even if you don’t know that you can refuse (which, of course, you can!)

See Schneckloth v. Bustamonte 412 U.S. 218 (1973)

A summons is issued in lieu of arrest. Therefore if a search is denied and the individual was in fact speeding, that individual may indeed be arrested instead of being given a speeding ticket. The car then is subject to a police inventory search in order to take inventory of all artifacts within the car before that car is impounded. If something turns up during the course of the inventory search it is allowed in court and is not a violation of the Exclusionary Rule set forth in Mapp v Ohio. Furthermore, if an arrest is to be made instead of issuing a summons a search of the individual’s person may be performed as the arresting officer is engaging in a search incident to a lawful arrest. Again, if anything is found on that person it may be used against them.

In Christian mythology, the archangel Michael was a warrior angel, and the leader of Heaven’s army of angels. In the book of Revelation, Michael strikes down Satan and banishes him to Hell.

In Catholicism, Michael is also called the Angel of Death, and determines which souls are punished with eternal damnation.

Jay is trying to rid the world of evil, similar to how Michael rid the heavens of Satan

The hook interpolates the melody from Black Sabbath’s “Iron Man”, which has an opening line of:

Has he lost his mind?

The “Iron Man” connection actually holds a lot of weight in the frame of the song. “Iron Man” tells the story of a man who traveled to the future and saw a huge catastrophe. He travels back to warn everyone, but in the warp he becomes disfigured and metallic. Due to his appearance, nobody listens to his warnings and in his anger he uses his mutation to cause the catastrophe he saw in the first place.

Also, “Iron Man” was by Black Sabbath – their name was a juxtaposition between something unholy and something holy, taken from an obscure Italian horror film. In the chorus, Kanye does the same by referring to pussy and religion together in the same context.
