Here I suggest to folks that would always ask me these questions about religion to ask someone who is really more obligated to have those answers.. such as an oracle or a religious leader or something of the sort. Because if they were as enlightened on these matters as they claim to be, you wouldn’t have to ask me.

Here I kind of describe my innermost circle of friends. Odds are they all fall into one or more of the 3 categories described.

Growing up I was always questioned about what my actual beliefs are because alot of my religious practices could be considered less than traditional (some of which I mention in the lines right before this). Over the years I got annoyed from answering the same questions so many times, which is what i’m hinting at here.

I released this record on my 21st birthday, which is another reason I went with the title blackJACK… 21.

Much to my dismay, our DJ, Oreo, didn’t realize I had grabbed the copies to give to Flying Lotus.. and he grabbed them off the dj table and just tossed em into the crowd.
