CiNo’s full name is Christian Norton.

As said in the description, CiNo was VERY young when writing this. So that’s why it doesn’t really make sense with the sun setting and rising at the very same time.

A reference to Chris Tucker’s “I got this man!” saying.And the “man” at the end of CiNo’s verse implies that he is responding to Makhario’s verse.

When you rock out you bob your head in a crazy way up and down. Mak tells you to rock out, but not to break your neck while doing so.
And the “kid” at the end of Mak’s verse implies that he might be talking to CiNo.

CiNo makes a reference to The Doors‘ popular song, People Are Strange (which is also the song that inspired Tech N9ne to name his independent record label Strange Music).

This is a reference to well-known rock group, Trapt. In 2005, their sophomore album, Someone In Control, contained the lead single, Stand Up.

Anyway, what Makhario is saying is that whether you “step up” to the challenge or “step back” from it, you’re on your 2 feet.

To take attendance, you need to “call out the names” on your list of who is supposed to be present. In a similar way, Hopsin will be calling out names and dissing whoever he thinks is wack.
