That’s one hell of a nightmare Jay’s having. The locust imagery probably alludes to the plague that God had Egypt suffer due to the Hebrew’s bondage as detailed in Exodus:1-6, which would also fit with the odd imagery in the two lines above,

“hands like a tiger, eyeballs of fire/Teeth like barbwire, feet like tires,”

This could refer to the book of Revelation, which Jay has often referenced, especially since Christ’s eyes are supposed to be of flame, just as the monster’s eyes are.

Extra terrestrial being = supernatural being. A shoutout to Jay’s song, “Extra Extra”.

Quetzalcotl was a chief deity to Mesoamericans who lived in present-day Mexico.

Jay Electronica, known for drawing parallels between himself and Jesus, doesn’t fail to do so here. Some believe that due to the similar mythologies concerning Jesus and Quetzacotl, they are the same person.

Quetzalcotl is traditionally thought of as a feathered serpent:

Salad = lettuce = green = money. Ross rolls in cash.

Ross is dabbling in some salad wordplay; blue cheese, from the previous line, is a popular salad topping.

If wack MC’s don’t lay off of Jay Electronica, he’ll put bullets (lead) in them.

It’s also a play on the name of rock band Led Zeppelin.

Additionally, Jay could be referring to the flammability of Zeppelins, which was exploited by the Allies' usage of incendiary ammunition, especially Jay is known to spit flames. This also implies that wack MC’s, like zeppelins, have an easily exploitable weakness.

A further extension of the gun metaphor.

It’s also similar to a line from “N.Y. State Of Mind”.

It’s also like “guns’ll blast, niggas tumble,” from “Represent”.

Both tracks are on Nas’s debut album, Illmatic.

He’s challenging corrupt men in their lofty thrones (politicians, and corporate fiends).

It’s similar to a more recent line from his song, “Patents of Nobility”.

Notice the alliteration of w:

It’s also an abbreviated form of messiah, which would be another connection Jay has with Jesus and God.

So, in a sense, Jay has authority not only on Earth, but also in the spiritual realm.
