Money over bitches!
Or Money Organisation & Business, as stated here:
https://youtu.be/DkrQqMyjaBQ?t=17
This may also be referencing the Members Of Bloods, the Bloods gang in L.A. When 2Pac signed to Death Row, he joined the group, as Suge (the owner of Death Row) was also a member.
Furthermore, Pac was beefing with Mobb Deep at the time (whom he addressed earlier, in the 1st verse). This could be him correcting their way of, for no reason, spelling “mob” with two Bs.
Why do people say MOB means Member of Bloods. Like really? Do some homework before you annotate.
The MOB in MOB Piru stands for Money Over Bitches. It’s literally the acronym for M.O.B. Piru. They been using that as the acronym since the 80’s. That’s even more proof of ‘Pac repping the set. Not to mention he got the MOB tattoo in 96. Suge also has a tattoo that says: Tupac MIP (Mob in peace).
149
Pac wasnt a Blood but he was rollin with them everybody knows that Puffy, BMF and almost everyone mentioned in this song were affiliated with Crips since Pac was affiliated with Bloods hence the next line believe me we enemies
Tupac is saying this isn’t about being the dopest rapper at this point it’s just a game, this is real life. Also, referring to the crew that he is Rollin with now that have his back, DeathRow Records and the gang, Members of Bloods Piru which can also have a double meaning of Money over Bitches Tupac' philosophy. Meaning money is more powerful than being a rapper or being with any women, the bottom line is how much money you have made at the end of the day.
Pac was saying MOB in Temptations on Me Against the World way before he was on Death Row.

PAC was never a blood! “They wanna know if I claim the click/that I’m hanging with/and if I’m down with this banging shit/well homie I don’t give a fuck if your blood or cuz /long as u got love for thugs”..…just a quote from his “Fuck The World” track on “Me Against The World”!
115
Pac was NEVER a Blood.. he said on ALL his records that he was neutral. Yes, he gave a lot of love to a lot of MOB Piru’s, BUT, that was cuz they became close to him through Suge. However, 2pac was also friends with crips like Snoop, Mack 10 and others.
Ohhh no. He’s representing bloods. MOB piru is a bloods gang from Compton which suge Knight is affiliated with. Fuck the rap gang this is the MOB is what he is saying and he essentially was killed gang banging. At the Vegas hotel him and his crew (most of them MOB piru) beat up a known crip member Orlando Anderson who was known for shooting people. And 2 hours later he was killed in a drive by. Tupac was repping bloods

by “fuck the rap game” he’s saying fuck the game as an art form i don’t give a shit who got the hottest rhymes i do this for the money

then he goes to say this is M.O.B which is Money Over Bitches just another spin of scarface’s “first you get the money, then you get the power then you get the woman” in that order or like pac himself says in the song M.O.B “As for you females, I got no time, I gotta get mine You cannot blind me addicted to a life of crime” meaning it’s all about the money that is my first priority i can’t afford to fall in love (you can’t blind me) ain’t no bitch slowing me down hence the term Money Over Bitches so fuck the rap game/who gives a shit who’s the illest rapper this is M.O.B “so believe me we enemies” meaning this ain’t a stupid rap battle it’s clash of the titans who gets the nigga kingdom and
