This line refers to the return of the Ancient Black men (who were kings) that Jay Electronica references earlier in the verse. The present-day Black man will express his royalty through modern riches such as luxurious homes, fur coats and fat chains (which Diddy is certainly familiar with)

Kanye continues the story from the first verse, where the protagonist was sent away to prison for abusing the mother of his child. He’s out now, but his troubles haven’t ended.
