GEDA is referencing a video that appeared on Tosh.O of an Asian man singing into a microphone with a shower cap on who looked like a penguin from the Happy Feet movie. He is saying that because rappers refuse to accept how nice his skills are, he refuses to accept them as rappers.

GEDA is saying his music is appreciated so much by some of his fans that they will hurt themselves while nodding to it in the car by slamming their bopping head onto the dashboard.
