This serves to show how much she cares about him, and is concerned with his well being, be it affected by battle bruises or even while trying to pleasure him.

As far as she knew up to this point, Sansa believed that every member of her family was killed, that she was the last of House Stark. This revelation comes as a shocking ray of hope which faintly veils her face as she realizes the fact.

Sansa’s dearest dream was to return home. She entertained that fantasy back at the Eyerie when she built the Winterfell snow castle. Only as the child lord Robin stomped on it, it brought her back to the harsh reality of the ruin that her home has become.
However, learning that her kin still lives, provides her with a renewed sense of identity and belonging in the world.
