A possible interpretation that’s exclusive to the latter, would be considering Wayne’s rapper persona of being a martian, an out-of-here, combined to the “planet” interpretation of the “earth” mention ;
That in mind places him on an outer perspective from the mere human he’s shooting at his own earth/turf, and from the victim’s race/crew he’s belittling as earthworms — a species living in earth (the actual planet in this case). Thus the “shoot you in your earth” preposition use, instead of “on”, since earthworms (his victim’s race to him) live in earth and not on it.
