In the third verse of the song Guru continues to rap about the fashion in which he annihilates other rappers on the mic. This time he chooses the forum as a possible place for this activity besides the arena.
In ancient times forum was used by Romans to describe a central, open, public space that was used to for various financial, religious, juridical and political purposes purposes and often simply to gather or sell goods.

The picture shows the famous Forum Romanum.

Kweli assaults musical adversaries both physical and vocal if they deliver a sub par product in his presence.
He uses the second line of his verse to level criticism, similar to the content of the hook, against the musicians or people with a attitude as described in the hook in general who promote and condone violent behavior, illicit and mischievous activities and ignorance.

Taib Kweli also used lines with similar imaginary a couple of times on his first solo album Quality for example on Rush:

Smack a nigga til my motherfuckin hands swell

or on the posse cut Guerrilla Monsoon Rap:

I black and blue emcees – actin new to me, get smacked stupidly/ That lack skills

Here Kweli is continuing to embarrass and humiliate his hypothetical opponent verbally. While he attacked his rapping and song writing skills earlier he now is questioning his opponent’s ability to perform in front of an audience while as well questioning his capability holding liquor which sometimes is attributed to females rather than males.
He compares his (the opponent’s) style to Amstel, a Dutch beer brand.

Beers often contain around 3 to 6 % alcohol, that is comparably low to many liquors as they commonly range from ca. 18 to 45 %. Therefore a beer compared to a the average liquor is weak, which is similar to the way Kweli named his opponent.

Lord Willin' is the debut album by Virgina Hip-Hop duo Clipse consisting of the brothers Malice and Pusha T. The whole album is solely produced by the legendary producing duo The Neptunes.

Clipse aren’t exactly known for being versatile in terms of subject matter or topic but rather got famous by doing the typical rapping about ‘caine and guns. This monotony in topics was outweighed by clever wordplay by Pusha and Malice and top-notch production (see Grindin') by Chad Hugo and Pharrell Williams who also made a couple of guest appearances on the album.

Lord Willin' was released in a time when the South wasn’t as dominant as it used to be five or six years prior to the release of Lord Willin' when Scarface dropped The Diary, UGK Ridin' Dirty, OutKast ATLiens, Three6 Mafia Mystical Stylez but with artists such as T.I, Clipse, Gucci Mane, Killer Mike, Little Brother an others the South would soon flourish again.

This line continues the theme of women being greedy and choosing a partner whether for a relationship or just sex based on wealth but also establishes the clichè that women prefer a bad boy over a “nice guy”.

The mention of scholar instead of any over profession might also be social criticism as people employed in the public education sector receive small wages considering the importance of good education of the next generation for the public.

Sufjan Stevens is comparing himself to John Wayne Marcy jr. to show that it is simply in the nature of human beings to do bad.
He begins these four final stanzas with the words And in my best behavior followed by I’m really just like him. While Sufan Stevens presumably never killed a person or acted anything like Pogo The Clown, therefore in his best behavior, he surely has done bad things hence the resemblance to John Wayne Gacy.
The last two stanzas of the wrap the song up hauntingly well. Gacy hid dead bodies in the crawl space under the floor boards in his house. Stevens compares the atrocity of Gacy to his mistakes, both of them are buried beneath the surface of earth to not be discovered.

These six lines further continue the theme about social media and online life that was ellaborated about in the first verse of Kweli. He demands that people start to conceive their opinion (being their own leader) and stop relying on other people (leaders) to form it.
This line also is reminiscent of Kanye West´s hook on New Slaves:

You see there’s leaders and there´s followers
But I’d rather be a dick than a swallower

Kweli himself reiterates this sentiment in “Turnt Up” on Prisoner of Conscious:

I ain’t askin for more followers, I’m looking for new leaders

He also mentions this in “Astronomy (8th Light)” back in 1999 with Black Star:

Everybody following with no leaders
