Long Beach rapper Domino is known for his slow relaxing flow which is usually extremely well-received and compared to Snoop Dogg’s flow because of the similarity. Besides being known for his flow Domino is also known for being the first hip-hop artist to perform a No. 1 rap single which contained melodic hip-hop throughout the entire song and being a member of Bloods & Crips.

Fire Marshall Bill Burns is an In Living Color sketch portrayed by Jim Carrey who warned kids about things that would probably never happen like a crab people invasion and a psychotic elf outbreak.
“Lightin' shit up” refers to how every sketch ends with Bill blowing up the facility he’s teaching at. Spice used this to create wordplay on “lightin' shit up,” using it here in the sense of lighting a joint.
Spice 1 is referring to himself as the black Charles Manson, a fairly well-known murderer from California. Manson believed in what he called “Helter Skelter,” a term he took from the song of the same name by The Beatles. Manson believed Helter Skelter to be an impending apocalyptic race war.
While Mason is mentioned in a song about killing for his murders Spice could also be referring to the musical talent of Manson, who was a founding member of iconic band The Beach Boys, that Spice appears to may have too
