The word “Bust” has 2 meanings:
- “To ejaculate”. Passionate MC means that Street Light dickrides him too hard (likes him & what he does too much), that’s why he’s calling him a “faggot” (slang for a homosexual person, often used as a swear word).
- “To rap”. He goes so hard on Street Light at rapping that he can never mess with him.
The word “Malice” has 2 meanings as well:
- A desire to harm others or to see others suffer; extreme ill will or spite
- Referring to rapper No Malice, a member of Hip Hop duo Clipse, which also includes his brother Pusha T
(There are also some puns on Pusha T and Clipse’s names in the next 2 lines)

A play on the idiom:

It means, there’s no limitation, you can reach out as far as possible (the sky is supposed to be unlimited)
So Charles is living his life as hard as he can.
Also a reference to Hip Hop legend The Notorious B.I.G. and his 1997 song called “Sky’s The Limit”.
