Classic Double Entendre!
Joey used to be a school boy (who went to Edward R. Murrow High School), and to get there, Joey would have to ride the Q train which passes by Flatbush and his highschool — and sometimes he missed it.
Also a clever reference to the TDE rapper ScHoolboy Q who used to live on Hoover Street next to Figueroa, or Figg side as he calls it in many of his songs.
Joey himself was born in the East Flatbush section of Brooklyn, NY. This could also be a reference to the hip-hop group Flatbush Zombies who originate from Flatbush, NY hence the name.
ScHoolboy Q repeatedly mentions growing up on Figg (Figueroa) Street in LA
Actually a triple entendre: ‘Q’ as in ‘cue’, the Q train, and Schoolboy Q.

The Q train is near the Flatbush neighborhood which also travels to Edward R. Murrow where Pro Era attended high school

Joey went to Edward Murrow HS, which is by the Avenue M stop on the Q train. On his way to school, he missed the Q.
The Q train doesn’t go thru flatbush

It can also mean while he was hopping trains he missed his quiz/ test….. Since he was a schoolboy.

Also a play on words Q and queue
The Q never passes flatbush, it goes from Coney Island to Queens and doesn’t go near flatbush.

He missed his cue but he also missed his Q train.. Which hits a part of Flatbush.. He was a schoolboy hopping trains to school. Really dope wordplay
