The Rialto Theatre is a popular performance and concert venue located in downtown Tucson. It’s very close to the University of Arizona campus so the concerts held there are always filled with college students.

“Both Macs” refers to the independent artists Macklemore and Mac Miller, and what these two and Childish have in common is their successful careers in the rap game without having to sign to a major label.
Macklemore’s single Thrift Shop to reach #1 on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 without the support of a major label (which hasn’t been done since 1994).
And Mac Miller debut album, Blue Slide Park reached #1 on the Billboard 200 despite being independent.
In fact, Childish’s IAMDONALD tour was financed completely by the money made from his sitcom, Community.
Macs could also refers to the computer, since he mentions iTunes in the previous line. He didn’t use major studios to record his older EP’s, but instead used his Macs.
To be more specific regarding the double entendre:
Following on from ‘worst rapper, iTunes most played’. He’s joking about creating his music on one Mac and listening to it on another, as the only possible explanation for his popularity on iTunes. Since who else would be listening to the ‘worst rapper’.
