The life of crime can make a man’s heart cold with regret, but Kool A.D. recognizes that for many young adults, it’s the only way to support themselves.

This is a really clever line.

Elzhi says he never has his head in the clouds dreaming and wishing, because both his hair and the clouds could go gray at any instant.

When hair turns gray, it’s either from old age (spending your whole life dreaming) or stress (when shit gets hard in his neighborhood). When clouds turn gray, it’s a sign that a storm is coming, and bad things are on the way.

So kids, be like Elzhi, and stay down to Earth.

F.A.B directs our attention to the social problems in America, instead of the problems in Uganda. He refers a less affluent city, where small children smoke early, and not just cigarettes, but drugs like marijuana and cocaine.

Gita reminds the youths on the corners selling drugs to not fall in love with the hood, for we live in an era of opportunity, where even people like Kreayshawn and V-Nasty can get their paper up.

Gita is a rap teacha.

Now that she’s got some street buzz, producers want her for all their tracks. But, seeing as she only has two songs currently, I might have a hard time believing it.
