Since, a medley is a piece composed from parts of existing pieces, Kendrick prolly refers to Compton’s rappers which are known for their gangbangings songs, hence repetitive.

His dad ended up cutting it with something else to make it a larger quantity so he added literally bubble bath salts or metaphorically the drug bath salts and sold the dope/soap fiend dope mixed with soap.

It’s both, And I did not obey and And I did not say anything.

In the original song, the first line are the wedding vows and the last line is “and I did not say anything”

after comes the [hook] which probably picture Till’s thoughts at the moment he remain silent.

The original spelling in German is “Du Hast” – “Hast” is a form of the verb “haben”, which translates into English as “to have”. The verb “to hate” in German is “hassen”, which should be transformed into “hasst” if you put it together with “du” (informal you). So if it was the case and the lyrics would translate into English as “you hate me”, the name of the song would be spelled as “Du Hasst” rather than the original “Du Hast”. So the translation, in my opinion, is rather inaccurate.
