On the note of wiping people out, Canibus takes an opportunity to reflect on one of the biggest threats in Africa, HIV. which ties to the previous lines of death

Section 1 of President John F. Kennedy’s Executive Order 11002 decreed: “The Postmaster General shall assist in the development of a national emergency registration system. These plans and programs shall be designed to develop a state of readiness in this area with respect to all conditions of national emergency including attack upon the United States.”

Canibus is comparing what he’s about to rap to Kennedy’s executive order. Drama comes in all shapes and forms, so preparedness is essential.

Kush was an ancient Nubian Kingdom situated in Sudan and even parts of Egypt for a relatively short period of time.

The 25th Dynasty of Ancient Egypt was appointed by Nubians (of Kush) who ushered in a renaissance period for Ancient Egypt. Religion, the arts, and architecture were restored to their glorious Old, Middle, and New Kingdom forms.

An idiom is a figurative piece of language that is understood to mean something different than its literal meaning.

Such conceptual metaphors keep things interesting because they can be interpreted differently by people of different backgrounds. Even in a world full of mindless sheeple, Del tries to stay sane.

“Funk” here also signifies uncut blackness or trueness or whatever, which is being threatened by the corporate takeover.

Solid vessels become soul saying what is ment under a metaphorical context is subliminal he(she) is more funky than fake.. A Gaseous state of form is a star(sun) to be as of another form is to be condensed into a atmospheric egotism in denial of oneself a scapegoat(martyr/messiah) is given as “tribute” only as a Karmic burden that’s unaccepted by an individual(soul) whom fails to take acknowledgment of his(her) failures or transgressive wrongdoings against humanity.

Also, keeping the funk alive by being cryptic and discreet so you dont get on the radar of any corruption. If your paranoid like me. because their are some malicious entities out there! idk how to reword this rn but its about being cryptic so hes not discreddited, taken to literally, getting picked apart, or swept under the rug.

Explains how he used to pull heists and command the hostages to not move an inch; only the money is leaving.

The second of the two lines is a double entendre: Rakim is referring to the fact that he has zero chance for social mobility in this situation. While the money will ‘move’ (change hands), and he will become nominally richer, he will not acquire any of the social benefits of having it because it has been acquired illegitimately.
