In Japan, Sakura’s symbolize “clouds” because of they bloom, outwards. In this line, Psyonik is metaphorically comparing the way his thoughts are “blooming” because of the female, to the way a Cherry Blossom “blooms”.

Photosynthesize is the process of converting the energy ascertained by the Sun, into matter of resource, equivalent to food, used by plants and other living things.

In this context, Psyonik is saying that the process of photosynthesis can resemble how his spirit and the female protagonist’s spirit can, and should intertwine with each other.

In other words, they’re meant for each other.
