Byzantium

The Byzantine Empire (or Byzantium) was the Roman Empire during Late Antiquity and the Middle Ages, centred on the capital of Constantinople. The state is also referred to as the Eastern Roman Empire, primarily in the context of Late Antiquity, and especially while the Western Roman Empire was still maintained in Italy. Both “Byzantine Empire” and “Eastern Roman Empire” are historiographical terms applied in later centuries. Throughout its existence the state was known simply as the Roman Empire (Greek: Βασιλεία Ῥωμαίων, Basileia Rhōmaiōn; Latin: Imperium Romanum) or Romania (Ῥωμανία) and was the direct continuation of the Roman State, maintaining Roman state traditions.As the Western Roman Empire fragmented and collapsed in the 5th century, the Eastern Roman Empire continued to thrive, existing for more than a thousand years until 1453. During most of its existence, the empire was the most powerful economic, cultural, and military force in Europe.

Ezekiel

Ezekiel is the main protagonist in the Book of Ezekial and is one of the prophets. Ezekiel sees a wheel shape in the sky, similar to a UFO.

The appearance of the wheels and their work was like unto the colour of a beryl: and they four had one likeness: and their appearance and their work was as it were a wheel in the middle of a wheel.

He’s metaphorically flying on his Stargazer to represent how he’s past other things, such as the

rats and camels, reptiles and mammals

and even “beyond Gods” as he mentions biblical figures like

Daniel, Emmanuel and Samuel

Stargazer is a ship in Star Trek

Lupe is taking you back to the time, the 90’s when “the freshest prince” is in your presence. The line is a reference to the TV show The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air

Like a dog to a bone

Is a metaphorical reference, because dogs are notorious for liking bones. When she says

You have di boy weak

She means she has the boy sexually aroused (which is what this song is pertaining to)

Dick Gregory

Richard Claxton “Dick” Gregory (born October 12, 1932) is an American comedian, social activist, social critic, writer, and entrepreneur.
Gregory is an influential American comic who has used his performance skills to convey to both white and black audiences his political message on civil rights. His social satire helped change the way white Americans perceived African-American comedians since he first performed in public.

Richard Pryor

Richard Franklin Lennox Thomas Pryor (December 1, 1940 – December 10, 2005) was an American stand-up comedian, actor, social critic, writer, and MC.
Pryor was known for uncompromising examinations of racism and topical contemporary issues, which employed colorful vulgarities, and profanity, as well as racial epithets

Chris Rock

Christopher Julius “Chris” Rock III (born February 7, 1965) is an American comedian, actor, screenwriter, television producer, film producer, and director.
After working as a standup comic and appearing in small film roles, Rock came to wider prominence as a cast member of Saturday Night Live in the early 1990s. He went on to more prominent film roles, and a series of acclaimed comedy specials for HBO.
He was voted in the US as the fifth greatest stand-up comedian of all time by Comedy Central. He was also voted in the UK as the ninth greatest stand-up comic on Channel 4’s 100 Greatest Stand-Ups in 2007, and again in the updated 2010 list as the eighth greatest stand-up comic.

Katt Williams

Micah S. Katt Williams (born September 2, 1971) is an American comedian, rapper and actor. He is best known for his role as Money Mike in Friday After Next. He is also known for his stint on Nick Cannon’s MTV improv show, Wild ‘n Out, for playing the fictional character Bobby Shaw on the program My Wife and Kids, as well as providing the voice for the character “A Pimp Named Slickback” in The Boondocks.
