The practise of Fox hunting is when a group of men either on foot to horseback are accompanied by specially trained hounds which track and kill a wild fox. The activity came around the 16th century and was still practised in the UK until 2005. Its a controversial issue and seen as cruel practice by many people and organisations because of the harsh odds stacked against the fox and the brutal experience it must go through if caught (savaged by dogs).
Fox hunting is associated with the higher class folk, who often lives in large housing called manors. Manor is also a London slang word meaning area/neighbourhood.
