Foot Locker est un magasin de streetwear.

Pour parler des Requins et des Redskins, il faut remonter à la fin des années 60, au Royaume-Uni.
Les skinheads étaient des jeunes des quartiers populaires qui aimaient la bagarre, écoutaient du reggae et de la soul. Certains avaient le crâne rasé d'où “skinhead” (skin = peau, head = tête). lls étaient aussi bien blancs que noirs.

Mais dans les années 70, à cause du chômage et du groupe de rock raciste Skrewdriver, le mouvement skinhead se scinde en deux.

Les skinheads les plus connus sont les skinheads d'extrême-droite : ils sont racistes, violents, néo-nazis (tatouages de symbole nazis, vénération d'Adolf Hitler)… Ils sont surnommés “bonehead”, soit tête d'os à cause de leur stupidité.
Ils étaient présents dans les rues en France dans les années 80 où ils tabassaient les immigrés africains et maghrébins.

Mais les enfants d'immigrés se sont révoltés face à ce racisme et ont formé des gangs de chasseurs de skins comme les Black Dragon ou les Requins Vicieux (dont à fait partie le rappeur MC Jean Gab'1). Tout comme les Redskins et les Ducky Boys qui étaient des skinheads communistes et antiracistes, ils se battaient contre les skinheads néo-nazis.

Aujourd'hui, les skinheads existent toujours : les skinheads d'extrême-gauche sont les antifascistes comme Clément Méric, tué par un skinhead d'extrême-droite et devenu un symbole dans la lutte contre le fascisme.

Les skinheads d'extrême-droite sont aujourd'hui des néonazis qui se réunissent pour fêter l'anniversaire d'Hitler ou pour faire des concours de salut nazi. Ils peuvent être aussi assimilés aux identitaires, établis en politique et en militantisme auprès de partis d'extrême-droite.

Kool Shen s'adresse aux parents qui critiquent la culture hip hop, alors que leurs propres enfants copient le style vestimentaire et l'argot des mecs qui font cette musique.
Il évoque également l'effet de mode qu'il y a autours du rap: Aujourd'hui il suffit d'un micro, d'un beat et d'un ordinateur pour s'auto-proclamer “rappeur”.

Roldan est un chanteur membre de l'ancien groupe Orishas, groupe très connu au Portugal, en Espagne et en Amérique latine.

  • Roldan est Cubain et n'a certainement pas vécu dans les quartiers huppés du pays. Il sait donc distinguer les vrais mecs de banlieues des pâles copies.
    Il s'adresse ici à quelqu'un qui essaierait de se faire passer pour ce qu'il n'est pas : un mec ghetto qui vient des quartiers difficiles. On peut façonner la forme mais pas le fond, notre vraie personnalité et mentalité reprennent toujours le dessus quand on s'invente une vie ou un personnage.
