Chicken Tenders has a double-meaning; drugs are usually referred to as chicken (or other meats, actually) in some cases, so Jeezy goes all out by comparing them to Mickey D’s.

He also uses the pajamas line to further illustrate how early he’s up cooking ‘breakfast’.

Plus, real thugs cook in pajamas like this.

Cee-Lo had a family-friendly song entitled “F**k You!” that was in rotation at the time of this song being released. Jeezy uses a basic comparison to get his point across. Simple, yet effective.

Refers to how she holds him down in various situations (or comforts/encourages him), but it turns from security to something much more restraining, giving him the feeling of not being able to escape.

On the surface she seems like the cure for his disease (not literally, that would be some Sci-Fi type drama), but he then calls her the actual disease.

This goes back into the previous definitions of her helping and hurting at the same time.

This is yet another statement that shows how she helps and hurts at the same time. The term “Hurts so good” comes to mind…
