Kanye shouts out King Louie who is a Chicago artist with a nice street buzz around the city and who has a catchy music video named “Kush Too Strong”

…and Chief Keef who is also from Chicago, and was the original performer of “I Don’t Like”. That tune was featured on his mixtape Back From The Dead. He made a music video from the hit off of the mixtape that dropped Mar 11, 2012. One month later, the same video had over two million views and caught the attention of Birdman & Kanye West. He was rumored to have signed to Cash Money records, though this was recently proved to be false, as Keef acutally signed with Interscope. .

Kanye obviously liked both Chief Keef and King Louie enough to feature them both on Yeezus, Keef singing the hook on Hold My Liquor and Louie getting both a verse and the hook on Send It Up.
