And you know why they made the new twenties?
Cause I got all the old ones
Why? by Jadakiss 1

In 1998 the fed redesigned the $20 bill in order to make counterfeiting more difficult

Jadakiss suggests that the real reason they needed new twenties was not to stymie counterfeiters, but rather because he had all the old ones

Also notice that this is the only “why” in the song that is phrased as an explanation (“and you know why”) rather than a question (“why…?”). The idea being that, though the world is a confusing place, one thing is clear: Jadakiss has a lot of money

New twenty:

If you like the old ones, Jada is selling some of his vintage $20 bills for $25 on his website.

Smoke the blueberry sky, blink twice
I'm in the blueberry 5, you blink three times
I may not even be alive
Allure by Jay Z

Blueberry is a common strain of weed, sky may be a more specific variety or a clever way of saying weed (since it gets you high). “Blueberry 5” is a blue, 5 series BMW:

The blinks meditate on the brevity of life

I'm living proof that crime do pay Allure by Jay Z

“I made money selling drugs without going to jail, then I made even more money rapping about my experience selling drugs”

Obviously he disagrees with the saying “crime doesn’t pay”. Cam'ron feels the same way — his 2009 album is called Crime Pays

50 came through like hurricanes do A Star Is Born by Jay Z (Ft. J. Cole)

50 Cent’s takeover of the rap game was swift and severe…but thankfully it didn’t last. Woosh!

He could also be comparing 50 Cent’s slow descent into irrelevance to The Game’s, one of whose nicknames is Hurricane Game. Jay and Game have long been trading shots

Jay doesn’t mean it never lasted, 50 (not to mention G UNIT as well) owned the rap game for many years after. His saying after 50 came out he changed the game nothing was the same after that. A hurricane comes through and fuckes up everything and that’s what 50 did with Get Rich or Die Tryin' ending a hand full of careers but also inspiring MANY artist to this very day
