Stick up kids are the ghetto youth who make their money by robbing, or “jacking”, random people on the streets, using some type of pistol or handheld firearm. 50 says that these thieves don’t live long in New York, they get caught/killed.
Youthful teenagers in the hood make a quick buck by robbing or “sticking up” drug dealers. In this line 50 states that in New York these teens are caught and killed quickly for their actions.
