Once again Joell refers to a color of a different type of marijuana. It is also a pun as blues can refor to the weed and to the muscal genre. Sweet and smooth describe the weed and can also describe the genre.

Joell refers now to the varieties of marijuana that he has for sale by saying that he has all colors. Joell is asking his customers what they want because he is confident that he can supply it.

Joell makes enough money off of his drug dealings that he can afford a nice car.

The “strength” refers to the power of the actual drug has over people when they smoke it. It also refers to the selling power as the marijuana earns him money for his nice car.

Joell feels that his competition could sell as much as he does but, they are unable or incapable of working as hard as he does.

Joell explains that he has the best pot (marijuana) to sell. He even challenges people to find anything better.

When saying piff, Joell is actually giving giving you two meanings. Piff is a particular strand of marijuana and it also means “superior to above average.” Combining the meanings would mean that his particular Marijuana is the best.
