Meadow Creek is an actual place in Missouri City, the suburb of Houston, TX where Travis is from—Waterfall Drive is the street he grew up on.
The name of the city is also a title of the opening track on Scott’s debut May 2013 mixtape, Owl Pharaoh.

In an interview with Billboard, Travis revealed that growing up in Missouri City was the source of inspiration for the album:

My next album, Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight is basically about all my friends and growing up here [in Missouri City]. I’m not saying that it’s a trap – we not in the f—ing projects but it’s like a social trap. It’s a social connection trap from what you want to do and how you want to express yourself. I feel like everyone just gets constricted by their parents or just, life.

The girl Travis describes is sweet like chocolate (cocoa) but loves to do cocaine (coco). In other words, she’s a nice girl but loves life’s vices—partying, drugs, etc.

In a 2015 interview with Billboard, Travis said he doesn’t do cocaine:

It stresses me out because people think I’m on a lot of drugs, which fucking pisses me off. I’m not at all. I barely drink alcohol and I smoke weed kind of. But I don’t do coke or any of that crazy-ass shit.

Dolphins use echolocation (sonar) to communicate underwater. Wyclef makes this girl scream so loud during sex she sounds like a high pitched dolphin.
