Lust, gluttony, greed, sloth, wrath, envy and pride are the seven deadly sins in Christian teachings.

Being the intro track this also sets up the theme of cardinal sins on the album. The album itself is divided into six sections, each for specific cardinal sins.

King Iso refers to himself as Velli similarly as when he later called himself ISO-velli on Introverted. It refers both to Machiavelli, a Renaissance philosopher who usually is associated with stances described by the saying “the end justifies the means” and many rappers who express such views in their lyrics such as 2Pac who went also by the name Makaveli.

King Iso also often namedrops 2Pac as his influence, for example on I Declare War.

Pyramus and Thisbe is a story set in ancient Babylonia told by an ancient Roman poet Ovid in which two lovers are separated by a wall and communicate through a crack in it (chicks peep us). The first line makes it seem like the verse is also a chapter/entry in a book while the B refers to the Bloods gang which is often referenced in King Iso’s lyrics. King Iso contrasts those two themes in two consecutive lines just how you could say he’s a poet from the ghetto.

The story of Pyramus and Thisbe ends with both of the characters killing themselves. King Iso often speaks out against suicide in his lyrics, but feels oppositely towards girls admiring him.

Also notice the homophones “this be”, “this B” and “Thisbe”. Further wordplay in this part is “Pyramus” and “pyramid” connected both phonetically as well as semantically.

Can’t Be Satisfied is a song about finding a reason in life and trying to fulfil it. Andy makes a point that fulfilling that reason is often unattainable because every time you achive something that you wanted you may immediately have some next goal in mind which just leaves you constantly unfulfilled. The song may also be interpreted more narrowly as about trying to achieve success and never feeling satisfied because you can always achieve more.
