Women on their periods are notoriously known to be crabby and irritable. Though life can be trifling and harsh, like a woman on her period, Beanie is still keeping it real.

He’s hitting it raw, fucking life like a nasty bitch.

Cheese is slang for “money”. He’s got money stackin' higher than Dr. Julius Erving when dunking.

There’s also another very bleak connection here: Dr. J did play for the Philadelphia 76ers, and Philadelphia is famous for their “Philly Cheesesteaks”.

Fayetteville, North Carolina is J.Cole’s hometown and QueensBridge (QB), New York is Nas' hood.

This is a play on Nas' classic line from Nas Is Like that is sampled in the beginning of the original song and the remix:

Freedom or jail, clip’s inserted, a baby’s being born
Same time a man is murdered, the beginning and end

Where he used the phrase ‘freedom or jail’ to describe the make or break situation he faced growing up.

By including Cole’s hometown, Nas is drawing J.Cole close, establishing similarities between their experiences as rappers.

Kanye has mentioned this nickname in several songs over the across the length of his career. In 2009 he even collaborated with Louis Vuitton to release a range of men’s shoes with the same name.

Here’s a collection Kanye’s references to “Louis Vuitton Don” in his lyrics:

This is Louis Vuitton Don night. So we gonna do everything that Kan like.

Stronger

I’m Kan, the Louis Vuitton Don. Bought my mom a purse, now she Louis Vuitton Mom.

Last Call

You see I go by the name of Kan the Louis Vuitton Don. I’m with my home girl…

–On Janet Jackson’s My Baby

You’re now listening to, Skateboard P and the Louis Vuitton Don

Eminem likes bragging about the hate and anger in his music, and all the “bad effects” they have on you and your kids. It’s like an ‘in your face’ thing for the critics.

so much anger aimed
In no particular direction,
just sprays and sprays
And straight through your radio waves, it plays and plays
‘til it stays stuck in your head, for days and days

White America

Infesting, in your kid’s ears and nesting

vision of scary
Could start a revolution, polluting the airwaves
A rebel,

Without Me

The last two lines had a lot of clothing allusions:

So much hate woven into these raps
He stitches a bitch, straight sewin'

After making all those references, Em gets bored of the topic and moves on.

Also, Eminem has said in interviews that he doesn’t care for clothing or fashion.

You think I give a damn about a Grammy

I guess he doesn’t care for an Oscar either…

And anyway, can’t he just get his couch fixed? Why does he even need to use an award for a prop?

Em seems to rebelling against all forms of elitism. Despite earning ridiculous amounts of money, he’s still the wonderful trailer trash Em that first started out. Hence the Ocar the Grouch reference.

Back in 2000, Em expressed his desire for Jennifer Lopez on this line from I’m Back:

Cause if I ever stuck it to any singer in showbiz
It’d be Jennifer Lopez

Its seems as though this time Em wants to do something more gruesome. Or maybe to first nail her figuratively and then get to the actual nailing. In any event, J-Lo better watch out.

Additionally, a railroad looks like the letter “H” tying in with things looking like an H!

A quick note for the uninitiated: Nailing, sticking, etc, are all metaphors for fucking.

Kidnapping the wife of the most powerful and heavily guarded man in America? Only Nas can pull that off without a plan.

Like the cop killing mentioned earlier, anti president lyrics are a characteristic feature of gangsta rap.

This idea would be elaborated on by Arnold “Poet” Jackson in the HBO drama Oz.
