Geronimo Pratt was a high-ranked member of the Black Panther Party who was infamous for the kidnapping and murder of Caroline Olsen in 1972, a crime for which he spent 27 years in prison. He was also the godfather of Tupac Shakur.

By referencing Pratt in this context, Julius is praising him (“I’ll be that”), as Pratt was a significant political figure to African-Americans during his lifetime.
