Much like the Griots of Africa, the Cipher is an ancient european term, for one who would travel throughout the lands and give his knowledge to the King. The Cipher would be treated well, and dine and take libations with the King who would receive the word directly.

Build – Or sometimes called adding on Basically conversations between NGE members. Expounding on the concepts of math and science or political issues that they feel correspond to some universal truth that exists within their doctrine.

Destroy – Whenever there is the introduction of Destroy it means to ruin by allowing negativity to outweigh the positive. (Actually this term is used quite often when the tenets of their ideaology are challenged with rational, critical thinking. I have been told, “ you are not building, you are arguing/destroying.”)

God – The “Supreme Being”, “Asiatic Black Man” who is the “Original”, is god, Allah, lord of all the worlds, supreme ruler of the universe which is everything, sun, moon, and stars (god is the sun in the solar system, woman is moon, child is star). Important to note that they are not taking credit for creating the world… They are not “spook” gods as the religious pray to and worship.

listen up, Allah is the creator of all, of he was to reveal himself on our plane of existence our universe would collapse. He created adam mixing all types of dirt, including light colored dirt to create a tannish skin colored man. which from after prophet noah, 3 races were born. the black, the tan/yellow, and pale white. you can’t take arabic words and translate it using a faulty language like english.

Knowledge is the orgins of everything in existence.Knowledge is infinite meaning never ending.That which never ends has( no ledge) or ( know ledge ) We teach that knowledge is to look listen and oberve meanig utilize your (power) or ( 5 ) sences to collect the intel or intilegence around you once You’ve collected enough intel the data will take form in the mind. once data has form it is now information or in formation. That which has a formation can show and prove to exist. Knowledge is able to show and prove its existence in every aspect of life.Thus because of its nature father allah taught knowledge as the first aspect of supreme mathmatics. Perhaps Aristotle has identified the nature of knowledge and wisdom most appropriately:

“ALL men by nature desire to know. An indication of this is the delight we take in our senses; for even apart from their usefulness they are loved for themselves; and above all others the sense of sight. For not only with a view to action, but even when we are not going to do anything, we prefer seeing (one might say) to everything else. The reason is that this, most of all the senses, makes us know and brings to light many differences between things….

…but the point of our present discussion is this, that all men suppose what is called Wisdom to deal with the first causes and the principles of things; so that, as has been said before, the man of experience is thought to be wiser than the possessors of any sense-perception whatever, the artist wiser than the men of experience, the masterworker than the mechanic, and the theoretical kinds of knowledge to be more of the nature of Wisdom than the productive. Clearly then Wisdom is knowledge about certain principles and causes…

Since we are seeking this knowledge, we must inquire of what kind are the causes and the principles, the knowledge of which is Wisdom. If one were to take the notions we have about the wise man, this might perhaps make the answer more evident. We suppose first, then, that the wise man knows all things, as far as possible, although he has not knowledge of each of them in detail; secondly, that he who can learn things that are difficult, and not easy for man to know, is wise (sense-perception is common to all, and therefore easy and no mark of Wisdom); again, that he who is more exact and more capable of teaching the causes is wiser, in every branch of knowledge; and that of the sciences, also, that which is desirable on its own account and for the sake of knowing it is more of the nature of Wisdom than that which is desirable on account of its results, and the superior science is more of the nature of Wisdom than the ancillary; for the wise man must not be ordered but must order, and he must not obey another, but the less wise must obey him….

It is right also that philosophy should be called knowledge of the truth. For the end of theoretical knowledge is truth, while that of practical knowledge is action (for even if they consider how things are, practical men do not study the eternal, but what is relative and in the present). Now we do not know a truth without its cause; and a thing has a quality in a higher degree than other things if in virtue of it the similar quality belongs to the other things as well (e.g. fire is the hottest of things; for it is the cause of the heat of all other things); so that that causes derivative truths to be true is most true. Hence the principles of eternal things must be always most true (for they are not merely sometimes true, nor is there any cause of their being, but they themselves are the cause of the being of other things), so that as each thing is in respect of being, so is it in respect of truth…”
